Loch Duart Salmon, Sutherland, Scotland has built a reputation based on welfare and environmentally orientated production of high quality Salmon.
We require a Freshwater Manager to produce excellent fish from egg to smolt from our three fresh water sites. The successful candidate will be committed to ethical, quality driven and environmentally friendly production methods. They will posses strong team building skills and will have good planning and risk assessment abilities.
The position is based near Scourie, Sutherland and family accommodation is available.
