Marine Harvest re-elects board members and welcomes new representative

Marine Harvest ASA conducted its 2012 Annual General Meeting in Bergen yesterday, which passed all items as proposed.

The company also carried out its bi-annual election of employee representatives to the board of directors. Turid Lande Solheim and Geir Elling Nygård were re-elected, and Stein Mathiesen was elected as new representative to the board.
